A: The remaining amount will be due once we begin working with you on your event (typically 8-10 weeks before the event date).

 

Q: How many events is this good for?

A: This is redeemable for 1 event that occurs in 2022.

 

Q: When do I need to use this event credit?

A: On/Before Dec. 31, 2022

 

Q: What if I decide I want to host a larger event than what I deposited?

A: That’s great! Please contact us at support@nextlevelfan.com, and we’ll work out the adjustment.

 

Q: What if my event is cancelled?
